As a thank-you to our neighbors here in Hyogo, we began offering a special Hyogo Residents’ Rate yesterday.
Sweeping views shaped by the wild landscape of Mt. Rokko, exceptional Kobe beef, and a dedicated attendant who guides you through everything from lighting the fire to the small touches that make an evening — the Signature Plan is unchanged, offered at a rate reserved for Hyogo residents.
The finest kind of escape, close to home. We hope you will use it for time with family or with someone who matters to you.
■ Eligibility As long as the lead guest on the booking lives in Hyogo Prefecture, everyone in the party receives the special rate. It applies just as well when you are traveling with friends or relatives from other prefectures.

At check-in, we ask the lead guest to show identification confirming residence in Hyogo Prefecture (driver’s license, My Number card or similar).
If residence cannot be confirmed at check-in, the stay will be charged at the standard Signature Plan rate, and the difference settled at check-out. Thank you for your understanding.
