Our cottages are for two guests or more. We are not able to accept bookings for a single guest.

Please book by 15:00 two days before your stay. We cannot accept same-day or next-day bookings.

Cancellation fees depend on the plan you book. Please check the details at the time of booking.

Ordinary rain is not grounds for a free cancellation or change. Fees may be waived if a weather warning or emergency warning is issued, for example for a typhoon or heavy rain.

Bookings are paid by credit card only. On site we accept cashless payment only — cash cannot be used.

Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.

Yes, Wi-Fi is available throughout the site.

A bathroom, a washlet toilet, a kitchen sink, air conditioning, a gas fan heater and a refrigerator. Please note that there is no microwave.

Towels and amenities are provided. Please bring your own loungewear or sleepwear. From September to May we also recommend bringing a jacket.

The site is not fully barrier-free. If a guest has limited mobility, please contact us in advance.

Public spaces are open until 21:30. Lighting is reduced from 20:00, and the fire is put out at 22:00.

Yes, staff are on site 24 hours a day.

The site is entirely non-smoking. Please use the designated smoking area.

Fresh towels are provided for stays of more than one night. Cleaning is arranged on request.

Food delivery is not available. Please also note that there are no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby.

During the summer season, senko hanabi (small handheld sparklers) may be enjoyed. Bringing your own fireworks is not permitted.

We are not able to guarantee dishes that are completely free of a given allergen. If you have an allergy, please contact us in advance — depending on the details, we may not be able to serve you.

Bringing your own ingredients is not permitted. Baby food is the one exception and may be brought in.

Yes, you may bring your own drinks. Please note that refrigerator space is limited.

Lunch is not served on site. We are happy to recommend restaurants nearby.

You can dine on the covered terrace. In heavy rain we will move you indoors.

Yes, for an additional charge. Please let us know when you book.

Please discuss additions to dinner when you book. The night bar is open until 21:30.

Yes, children are welcome. Some activities have age limits or require a parent or guardian to take part — please ask our staff for details.

We lend flame-resistant blankets as protection from sparks around the fire. High heels are not recommended, as the ground is uneven in places.

We have our own parking area. If you are arriving in two or more vehicles, please let us know when you book.

A shuttle is available from our parking area or from Rokko-Sanjo Station on the Rokko Cable Car. Please reserve the shuttle in advance.

Yes, we can receive luggage in advance. Please let us know beforehand.

We are very sorry, but pets cannot stay with you at the site.

We have cottages for four guests and for six guests. Preschool-age children may share a bed with an adult. Under fire safety regulations, we cannot accept parties larger than the stated capacity.

For children aged 0 to 5, a facility fee of ¥1,500 (incl. tax) is payable on site.

Yes, a dedicated diaper bin is provided.
